VIDEO: Dave Min Releases First Ad In CA-47 Race
IRVINE, CA — Today, State Senator Dave Min, the Democratic Party’s nominee for California’s 47th Congressional District, released his first television ad of the 2024 cycle, titled “United.” The ad highlights Dave’s Korean immigrant parents and his lifetime of service to preserve and protect the American Dream. In the State Senate, Dave passed legislation to ban gun shows on all state property, authored Proposition 1 which declared abortion as a constitutional right in California, and is the only candidate rated 100% by Planned Parenthood. Dave is backed by a broad and united democratic coalition, scoring an early endorsement from incumbent Representative Katie Porter, securing the overwhelming support of local activists and the California Democratic Party, and earning endorsements from over 60 local elected officials, labor unions, law enforcement organizations, and national groups. A full endorsement list is available here.

“California Democrats are united behind one candidate: Dave Min.
Unwavering. Tenacious. The son of Korean immigrants, State Senator Dave Min has taken on the gun lobby, corporate polluters, and MAGA extremists who’ve tried to hijack our schools. Dave authored legislation to protect abortion, and is rated 100% by Planned Parenthood.
The only candidate endorsed by Katie Porter and the Democratic Party.
Tested. Trusted. Dave Min.”
The advertisement is part of a six figure buy that will run on cable and digital platforms.
