Irvine, Calif. ‚ÄstToday, UC Irvine law professor and former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission prosecutor Dave Min, who is running for State Senate in California‚Äôs 37th State Senate District, released a new digital advertisement highlighting his history of fighting for California families during the housing crisis¬†and demonstrating how he will stand up to the Trump agenda and defend the American Dream in Sacramento.

The 15 second digital ad, titled ‚ÄúCrisis,‚ÄĚ shows that Dave Min isn‚Äôt a career politician ‚Äď he‚Äôs a father and UC Irvine Law Professor, running to be a champion for California families and our values against the direct threat of the Trump Administration. The ad includes footage of Min, a former Wall Street prosecutor and economic policy expert, testifying before Congress as he went after the big banks that caused the housing crisis and helped¬†save millions of families from foreclosure.

David Min is a University of California Irvine Law Professor, father of three, and a former economic policy staffer in the United States Senate and for the Center for American Progress. Min began his legal career at the Securities and Exchange Commission to protect the retirement security of seniors, turning down high paying jobs to serve the public interest.  He is a leading expert on banking and housing policy.
